I'm on a search for online resources to help me teach my sons to cook. They already know how to do some things in the kitchen but since both demonstrate an aptitude for cooking it's time to get a bit more serious.
I've decided to delegate one supper each week to each son. They will plan, purchase (from the family budget) and provide the meal on the table. I'll be the chauffer and the consultant. They will choose what to cook and how to present it (within reason of course).
I'm looking forward to breaking out of the ruts I've dug for us all these years. It's time to turn over the kitchen to a new generation of cooks!
